Stack's Pharmacy are currently seeking an experienced Full-time smart and flexible Supervisor to join our fast-paced, collaborative working environment based across Leinster and Munster.

About Us
We are an Irish-owned community-based, growing pharmacy group with 18 branches spread across Leinster + Munster.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management – You will be responsible for the management, supervision and control of the retail staff including ongoing performance and development conversations.
• Drive community initiatives
• Stock Control – You are responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock.
• Sales and Promotions (including adding new lines / removing non performing lines)
• Cash Handling + Compliance
• Ensure General housekeeping and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This is a top priority.
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards.
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong people management skills – Lead by example
• Professional and discreet with excellent customer services skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (staff, community, suppliers)
• Work on own initiative and make decisions
• Commercially-aware
• 5 years + retail management experience is required
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required
• Fluency in English
